Penny will be in the studio with Tim, and chatting to Gurmit Kaila about his life.  Gurmit has been a well-loved member of the community in St. Andrews, Bristol for many years, running a local shop and post office which was open all hours.  He has now retired from running the shop, and talks to Penny about his childhood in Kenya, and his travels and work before settling down in Bristol.

Listen to my show on BCFM on Friday 1100 in the Silversound slot. We will have features about Bristol Young Student of the Year award and Brave where we discover how to get free coaching and maybe funding to set up your own business whatever age you are. Also a short chat with the Lord Mayor. I will be playing my kind of music – post on here and tell me what you think
